I have been involved with dogs since 2006, when I got my first dog from the Latrobe Pound. My second dog quickly followed, and I’m now on my third and fourth. They are my first pure-bred dogs. Their names are Azhura and Flayme.
Over the years I have owned, trained and competed with my dogs in Obedience, Agility, Tracking, Rally Obedience, Dances with Dogs and Conformation Showing.
I’m an Instructor at our local Dog Club in Morwell, and training to become an Accredited Obedience Instructor through Dogs Victoria.
I firmly believe in Positive Reward Training. I teach on how to understand what our dogs are telling us, and how to have fun and positive training experiences for both dogs and people.
