Milks – Fresh Lite and Full cream, Long-Life Lactose Free Low-fat and Full-Cream, Soy, Almond, AND

CHOICE OF COOKED FOOD

Hash Browns and 2 Minute Noodles

Scrambled eggs with cream and vanilla essence

Scrambled eggs with alternative choice of different milks

Fried eggs – various options

Boiled eggs – 3, 4 or longer cooked minutes

Bacon – Short-cut

Baked Beans & Tinned Spaghetti

Tinned diced tomatoes, and

Mushrooms

LUNCHEON MENU

GOOD FRIDAY – TRADITIONALLY A FISH MEAL

Choice of:

Basa Fish Fillets cooked in a butter and subtle chilli sauce – very mild! or

Fish Fingers, with

Boiled chat potatoes, saffron rice, hot chip potatoes, peas, carrots and broccoli florets

Followed by

Self saucing sponge with choice of custard or ice cream or tinned fruit salad with cream or ice-cream

EASTER SATURDAY – AN IN-BETWEEN MEAL

Choice of:

Beef Bolognaise sauce with spaghetti and peas and carrots and runner beans or

Sweet and sour chicken cubed breast with saffron rice, peas and carrots and runner beans.

Followed By:

Creamed Rice Pudding or tinned fruit with ice-cream and chocolate sauce

EASTER SUNDAY – TRADITIONALLY LAMB

Choice of:

Carved roast leg of lamb with roast potatoes, chat potatoes, mint sauce, peas, carrots, runner beans, roast pumpkin and a rich brown gravy or

Sausage casserole with mashed potato and brocolli florets

FOLLOWED BY

Tinned fruit crumble with custard or ice cream or tinned fruit and cream

EASTER MONDAY – END OF CAMP MEAL

Selection of cold meats, vegetable risotto, meat pies and sausage rolls

With salad, coleslaw and potato salad
