Followed by
Self saucing sponge with choice of custard or ice cream or tinned fruit salad with cream or ice-cream
EASTER SATURDAY – AN IN-BETWEEN MEAL
Choice of:
Beef Bolognaise sauce with spaghetti and peas and carrots and runner beans or
Sweet and sour chicken cubed breast with saffron rice, peas and carrots and runner beans.
Followed By:
Creamed Rice Pudding or tinned fruit with ice-cream and chocolate sauce
EASTER SUNDAY – TRADITIONALLY LAMB

Carved roast leg of lamb with roast potatoes, chat potatoes, mint sauce, peas, carrots, runner beans, roast pumpkin and a rich brown gravy or
Sausage casserole with mashed potato and brocolli florets
FOLLOWED BY

EASTER MONDAY – END OF CAMP MEAL
